The Pine Lake project consisted of both deck railings and interior railings all in my BENT Iron Art design. The client wanted both a decorative top and bottom rail as part of the design. I welded some sections to metal posts for strength and ease of installation. The other railings are designed to attach to cedar posts that are part of the cabin design.
How I create a seamless piece of art is by welding and blending multiple times at the points where the iron intersects itself. I hand bend my Bent Design from 1/2 inch round mild steel while it’s cold. After that, I lay out every piece of art differently so that no two pieces are alike. This gives you one of a kind pieces of functional iron art to enhance your living space.
The smaller piece by the door was created with a flat iron so a wood ledge could be attached.
All of my railing is priced per linear foot and includes a powder coat finish of your choice, click here to see what colors are available.
