Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect from manufacturing. Art pieces can be returned within 30 days of receiving it. For custom pieces please see exceptions below.
To return a piece please contact Cam using the contact form to request a refund and Cam will arrange your return.
Commissioned pieces can not be returned and any deposits made on commissioned pieces or custom orders will not be refunded once the work has begun.
Merchandise that has been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your item is in it’s original new condition, you may exchange your item for a different design. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
If your items(s) have been damaged in shipping we will work with you to receive a full refund from the shipper. This process does take time so please be patient while dealing with the shipping company.
When I am ready to begin a commission the client pays 50% (excluding shipping) and once payment is made the work begins. When the commission is complete the balance plus shipping is requested and once that payment is made the iron art is shipped.
