Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a defect from manufacturing.  Your item must return the item within 30 days of receiving your shipment.  For custom pieces please see exceptions below.

1. Please email info@chromedomedesigns.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

Return Exceptions

Custom order items can not be returned and any deposits made on custom orders will not be refunded once the work has begun.

Merchandise that has been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your  item is in it’s original new condition, you may exchange your item for a different design. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Shipping Damage

If your items(s) have been damaged in shipping we will work with the shipping company to pay for any items to be replaced and shipped to you at their expense.  This process does take time so please be patient while we deal with the shipping company.
