Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Customs Policy

How To Return An Item

Your piece(s) must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a defect from the creation process.  Functional Art and Sculpture pieces can be returned within 30 days of receiving them.  For custom orders please see exceptions below.

To return a piece please contact Cam to request a refund and he will arrange your return.

Return Exceptions

Custom orders and commissioned pieces cannot be returned. Materials are purchased and pre-work begins once a deposit is made for commissioned pieces or custom orders so deposits will not be refunded once the order has been placed.

Functional Art Designs and Sculptures that have been used will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. I also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in its original new condition, you may exchange your item for a different design. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Shipping Damage

If your items(s) have been damaged in shipping Cam will work with you to receive a full refund from the shipper or to remedy any damage so you have what you paid for.  This process does take time so we ask you to please be patient while we deal with the shipping company.

Payment Policy

When a client is ready to place a custom order/commission I will request a 10% non-refundable deposit in order to add the commission to the queue. This deposit covers administrative costs and other pre-work, once it is paid this is considered a legal agreement by the client to the commission. When Cam is ready to begin the commission a 40% payment (excluding shipping) is requested. When the custom order/commission is complete, packaged, and ready to ship the balance plus shipping is requested. Once that payment is made the order is shipped. For more on this please see the How I Work page here.

Delays

When custom commissions are placed an estimated time frame is provided based on the current queue progression. There are unforeseen factors that can effect the timeframe of completing a commission/order which can cause delays in the estimated time frame given. As these factors are not in my control I cannot guarantee the time frame. I recommend considering this before placing a commission with me.

Customs Clearance and Duties

Basic customs brokerage fees are included in the price of my designs. Any additional costs incurred in shipping and/or customs clearance will be billed separately and will be the responsibility of the client to pay.  Clients may also be responsible for any province or state tax.

I’m not responsible for delays due to customs or shipping.
