Davidson North Carolina – for this project a client commissioned three Bent wrought iron railing pieces to replace a pony stair wall and other half walls in their home. By providing me with the stair dimensions and the angles for the stair piece I created my Bent iron art pieces to fit perfectly in their space.
Made using a flat iron top and bottom rail it was easy to install for the client. The Bent design between the top and bottom rail is made from solid 1/2″ round mild steel, welded and blended so that each intersecting piece becomes seamless creating a solid functional iron art piece. The Bent iron art compliments the natural beauty of the wood posts, trim and stairs. It is finished in a powder coat for long lasting durability and beauty.
