Bent Wrought Iron Stair Railing Project in Bethel Minnesota

Bent Wrought Iron Stair Railing Project in Bethel Minnesota

This wrought iron stair railing was created for a client from Bethel, Minnesota who commissioned two of my Bent Design iron art pieces to replace an old railing in their home. By providing me with the stair dimensions I created my Bent iron art pieces to fit perfectly in their space.

Made using a flat iron top and bottom rail it was easy to install along the top of the stringer. The Bent design between the top and bottom rail is made from solid 1/2″ iron, welded and blended so that each intersecting piece becomes seamless creating a solid functional iron art piece. The Bent iron art compliments the natural beauty of the wood posts, trim and stairs. It is finished in a powder coat for long lasting durability and beauty.

This iron railing is a beautiful addition to this home. When it comes to metal railing, it’s important to choose colors that complement its dark, metallic appearance. You can see the lighter shades of the walls and other decor work well with iron railing, as well as the bolder color of the feature wall.

It looks great paired with the other textures like the wood posts and flooring. Consider changing your old wooden railing on to your staircase with this design to create this appealing look in your home.
