In the video and images you see the creation of my Twigs Design modern iron branch railing for a lake cabin in Minnesota. As each piece is laid into the design it is welded in place. This begins to form the branch style look of the Twigs Design. Once all the iron piece are in place all connection points are fully welded through layers of welds and grinding.

The entire modern iron branch railing design is sculpted using multiple tools to create a seamless design that is a modern branch style. Once the sculpting is complete the entire piece is cleaned in preparation for a powder coat finish. If you zoom into the places where the branches are joined you can see that they look like one complete branch. Through this repeated process an entire section becomes a unique piece of functional iron art.
The final stage has holes drilled into the top rail so the entire section can be attached to the underside of the wood handrail.
You can easily use this design as your new home’s interior railing or easily replace your old railing. This artistic process gives you one-of-a-kind functional iron art pieces for your interior, deck, balcony, or patio.
Finished in a black powder coat giving the design a long lasting beautiful look.
