Silverwood Gate – Handcrafted Artistic Metal & Wood Gate
This iron gate in Calgary, Alberta is my Silverwood design. It combines both the elegance of iron with reclaimed wood from a old wood gate.
The Silverwood Gate is a handcrafted functional art piece that brings together the warmth of natural wood and the elegance of sculpted steel. Inspired by the ancient forests and timeless beauty of mythical woodlands, this custom gate transforms a simple entrance into a captivating focal point.
Flowing steel stems rise gracefully from the solid wood base, intertwining with a series of hand-formed circular elements that evoke leaves, seed pods, forest lights, and the gentle movement of nature.
