This trapezoid wrought iron art piece was commissioned by a client in Durham North Carolina. They sent the dimensions and using those I created the trapezoid frame. From there my BENT Design Iron Art was laid out within the frame. Through multiple layers of welds and blending a single sculpted piece of iron art was created. This wrought iron railing Project in Calgary, Alberta consisted of railings for an upper deck above a sunroom in my BENT Iron Art design. The wrought iron railing section at the front of the deck was welded to metal posts on each end giving you strength, an elegant look, and ease of installation. The posts are bolted to the deck and the other railings were then attached to the house and to the posts with metal screws. These wrought iron gate and fence pieces are done in my signature BENT design for a client in Calgary, Alberta. The 10 foot long posts were put in the ground and secured with poured concrete first. Once they were set then the live edge fence and gate were created to fit the spaces. The gate dimensions are 72" high by 42" wide. It has the ability to swing both inside and out.
